Terms and Conditions – 6sixs Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 6sixs platform in any capacity — whether you are browsing, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games or participating in promotions — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all services offered on 6sixs, including sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, VIP Programme, deposit and withdrawal services, and any bonus or promotional offers. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms at the time of each use, including any updates that may have been made since your last visit.

6sixs reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a 6sixs account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 6sixs does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Creating an account using another person's name, identity or payment information is strictly prohibited.
• You may only hold one active account on 6sixs. Duplicate accounts, even if created under a different name or email address, are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6sixs reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and must update your account details whenever they change.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the account.

6sixs may request identity verification at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when a pattern of activity raises a question about account ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 6sixs are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as indicated on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your 6sixs account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Deposit processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant, while Bank Transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may differ by payment method.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that belongs to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Refer to Section 4 for details.
• 6sixs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification checks, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is observed.
• Deposits made to your 6sixs account that have not been wagered at least once may attract an administration fee if a withdrawal is requested before any betting or gaming activity has taken place.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

6sixs offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, PSL and cricket-specific promotions, and other offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated on the Promotions page.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or Live Casino titles. Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or associated wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
• 6sixs reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where abuse or misuse of a promotion is suspected.
• Attempting to take unfair advantage of a promotion — including through use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or other means — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

5. Sports Betting Rules

The 6sixs sports betting product covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODI series and Test matches), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the Bet and Betting pages. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to available odds and market limits at the time of placement. 6sixs reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.
• Once a bet is confirmed and the odds accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — match, market, selection and stake — before confirming.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, the settlement rules for each sport and market type will determine whether bets are settled, voided or carried over. These rules are available within the Bet section.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at the discretion of 6sixs, particularly during key match events or where integrity concerns arise.
• Where a result is clearly decided by a technical error, data feed error or obvious mistake in odds, 6sixs reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within each market. Winnings above the applicable limit will be capped at the maximum payout regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

6. Casino Games & Slots

The 6sixs casino product includes Live Casino tables with real dealers, video slots, classic slots, Megaways titles, progressive jackpot slots and Buy Bonus games. All casino games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each game round is an independent event — prior results do not influence future outcomes.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is the theoretical long-run average calculated across millions of game rounds. It is not a guarantee of return in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the round result will be determined and recorded by the game server. Where a disconnection prevents a completed result from being displayed, the settled outcome from the server will be used.
• Game malfunctions — such as a software error that produces an incorrect display — void all related pays. Stake amounts will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. 6sixs reserves the right to verify the integrity of jackpot wins before crediting them to a player's account.

7. VIP Programme

The 6sixs VIP Programme operates across multiple tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. VIP points are earned on real money bets placed across sports betting, Live Casino and Slots. Point accumulation rates and tier thresholds are displayed on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.

• VIP tier benefits — including improved bonus rates, cashback percentages, withdrawal limits and dedicated account management — are applied at the tier level reached at the relevant review period.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Failure to maintain the required activity level during a review period may result in a tier downgrade.
• 6sixs reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP Programme, or any of its benefits, at any time.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or account.

8. Responsible Gaming

6sixs is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The platform provides tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account settings.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose. • Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets on 6sixs.

• 6sixs will never encourage you to chase losses, increase your stakes beyond your comfort level, or continue playing when you have indicated a desire to stop.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

6sixs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Operating more than one account on the platform.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including collusion, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or use of automated betting software.
• Failure to pass identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Threatening, abusive or offensive behaviour directed toward 6sixs staff or other platform users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money deposits less any amounts already withdrawn may be returned at the discretion of 6sixs following a review.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 6sixs support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending bets are settled and outstanding withdrawal requests are completed.

10. Privacy & Data

6sixs collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity, process payments and comply with its internal policies. By registering on 6sixs, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

6sixs provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, 6sixs does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or data loss.

• 6sixs is not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or delays in processing bets or transactions.
• 6sixs is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• The total liability of 6sixs to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

6sixs may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform or sent to your registered email address. The updated terms will become effective from the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of 6sixs after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and request account closure if required.
